These terms of service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MultiChats website at https://www.multichats.ai, mobile applications available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). MultiChats is operated by YUKARI LABS, a private limited company (société à responsabilité limitée / besloten vennootschap) registered in Belgium under enterprise number 1033.402.366, with its registered seat at Cantersteen 47, 1000 Bruxelles.
By accessing or using our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform. If you are accessing or using our Platform on behalf of a company or organization, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Violations of these content rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account under Section 12, without refund, and may be reported to law enforcement where required by law.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to our Platform ("User Content"), including text, files, images, live voice input, and transcripts generated from that input. By submitting User Content, you grant MultiChats a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, transmit, and process that content only as necessary to operate, provide, maintain, and secure the services you request. MultiChats does not use User Content to train AI models or improve algorithms.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and warrant that:
Voice conversations are interactions with AI systems and may use synthetic voices. MultiChats may send live microphone audio, generated transcripts, and relevant messages from the active conversation to third-party voice and AI providers to provide speech recognition, AI responses, and speech synthesis. Voice-call transcripts added to a conversation are treated like other chat messages.
Voice availability and allowances may depend on your plan, selected model, technical availability, and staged feature rollout. We measure call duration and related usage to enforce displayed limits and prevent abuse. When a call credential is issued, we may temporarily reserve the maximum permitted call time and reconcile that reservation after the call ends. If the Platform does not receive a reliable end-of-call report, the reserved amount may remain counted against your allowance.
AI voice responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or interrupted. You should not rely on voice responses as professional advice or use them in situations where an error or delay could cause harm.

The Platform, including its original content (excluding User Content), features, functionality, source code, object code, compiled bytecode, and underlying architecture, is owned by YUKARI LABS and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code or any part of the Platform's software, except to the extent that such restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law. Any unauthorized attempt to access, extract, or reconstruct the Platform's code constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your account.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

MultiChats offers subscription plans that provide access to premium features. Where you purchase a subscription determines who processes your payment:
Refunds: Refunds for purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are requested from, and decided solely by, Apple or Google under their respective refund policies. When you request such a refund, the store may ask us for information relevant to your request, and you agree that we may share limited information about your account and your use of the subscription (such as whether and how much the subscription was used, your account tenure, and prior refund history) with Apple or Google, through our subscription-management provider RevenueCat, to help the store assess the request. This information never includes the content of your conversations. Refunds for website purchases are handled by us and our payment partner in accordance with applicable consumer-protection law, including your EU statutory withdrawal rights where they apply.
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings. Alternatively, you can request deletion by emailing contact@multichats.ai. You can also export your personal data from the Import / Export section in Settings.
Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or enforcing our agreements). Some anonymized or aggregated data may be retained for analytical purposes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. This includes, but is not limited to, reverse engineering, unauthorized access, or any attempt to derive the source code or internal structure of the Platform.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, limitations of liability, and governing law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MultiChats shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
